    Can I Use Pictures I Have Already Taken?

    No, but here is why. Our photo estimator features a silhouette that is specific to your vehicle, along with instructions on how to take the photos of your damaged area. This allows us to make sure that our estimators have the best angle of your damage/vehicle for the most accurate estimate.

    Can I Schedule An Appointment?

    If you would like to schedule an in-person, you can do that as well. Just click "schedule an appointment" and it will take you to our online scheduler. You can also call us will schedule and confirm your appointment. Depending on the make and the damage, most in-person estimates can take around 30 minutes. Our team of estimators can give you an idea when you schedule your appointment, about the approximate time your estimate will take.

    What If I Am Filing An Insurance Claim? Can I Use Coggin Motor Mall's Photo Estimator?

    Yes, Coggin Motor Mall Collision Center works with all major insurance companies. One of the last questions will be if you are filing a claim and we can take care of everything for you, once we speak with the insurance provider.

    How Long Does The Estimate Process Take?

    Our photo estimator only takes about 5-10 minutes to complete. First, you will answer a few questions, scan your VIN, take 7 pictures and send everything to us. Once you have completed the process, our team will contact you via phone call, email or text, shortly after, with an estimate or any additional questions.

    How Soon Will I Hear Back About My Estimate Once I Have Completed The Photo Estimate?

    Once we have received your information, you will receive a confirmation, via text or email, and one of our team members will reach out to you. It normally takes about an hour to respond with your estimate, but this also depends on the time of day. Should you complete the process over the weekend or after business hours, our team will be in contact as soon as we return.

    How Long Do Repairs Typically Take?

    In most cases, even with major damage, repairs can take between 1-2 weeks, on average. But there are many factors that go into this average.
